With a consulting background spanning nearly 20 years, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table as an ITB Offset Coordinator and a seasoned professional in project management. My consulting career began in the world of training and continuous improvement consulting, where for 14 years, I honed my skills across a wide variety of industries in North America. I have worked on more than 30 different successful projects and provided training and coaching to hundreds of executive, managers and supervisors. After observing, listening and working alongside management teams in almost every possible industry one thing became abundantly clear, there is always room for improvement, change is difficult and the root cause of so many problems is a lack of effective communication.

Why is this important to ITB programs? Because at the end of the day your ability to be successful with the ITB policy, especially if you have taken on indirect or value proposition commitments, is directly related to the quality of your internal processes and communications. ISED’s eligibility criteria are not complicated but they are also not flexible and as I’ve said many times to many clients in the last 5 years the lack of a properly worded email or memo can mean the difference between having a multi-million dollar transaction approved or rejected.
